Cauliflower Hash Browns

Ingredients

Unlimited:

  • ½ tsp x Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp x Onion Salt
  • Pepper

Limited:

  • 150g x Cauliflower –grated
  • 50g xOnion -Sliced
  • 1 x Egg White
  • 1 tbsp x Olive Oil

Method

  • Heat a non-stick pan, spray with olive oil and sauté onions until well softened.
  • Grate cauliflower into a large bowl, add onion, salts, pepper and beaten egg white.
  • You can add herbs to taste or some chilli flakes /Cajun pepper to give these a little extra spice.
  • Stir the mixture together and make four patties.
  • Cook in a hot pan over a medium heat for 1-2mins until nicely browned, turn over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and place on a tray in the oven at 180°c for 8 –10 minutes

Best thing since a slice of cake.!
