Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and place onto a baking tray.
Brush with oil and season with the salt & pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes or until fully cooked then allow to cool.
Blend one packet of BBQ crisps to a powder.
Brush the mushrooms with the mustard and then dip into one of the egg whites. Now place into the blended crisps, do this for both mushrooms until they are wellcoated.
Fry the remaining egg white and the coated mushrooms in the olive oil.
Serve with the mushroom puree, peppery rocket, and finish with lemon zest.

Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did. The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
